Delivering - The Loving Touch
At PMMC’s Maternity & Women’s Health Center, we provide a childbirth experience that is both intimate and family-centered. Our Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDRP) suites provide a comfortable, home-like environment.

We emphasize a comprehensive approach to quality care for you and your baby before, during and after delivery. We believe in empowering and educating mothers and families for parenting to promote healthy, happy families. To promote the bonding process, we advocate nonseparation of mother and baby, unless it is medically indicated to do so.

Our physicians are trained specialists who work in partnership with our nurses as well as medical technology to strive for a healthy outcome for you and your baby. They recognize that women and their loved ones are integral members of the health care team and encourage them to make decisions about their care.

Extending Our Services
Our services don’t end once you and your baby are discharged from our care. We offer a multitude of resources and educational programs to help you and your family transition into your new roles, including a lactation consultation and Tender Transitions support group.

The birth of a child is an important event for new parents, family and friends. The Tiny Toes Internet Nursery makes it possible for loved ones to get a snapshot of the new baby online. The site is secure; information is posted only after the family is discharged and neither last names nor addresses are listed.
