POTTSTOWN MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER PHYSICIAN RECOGNIZED
AS TOP FAMILY DOCTOR
Pottstown Memorial Medical Center (PMMC) physician William Taddonio, MD, was recently recognized as one of “America’s Top Family Doctors” according to the Consumers’ Research Council of America. His name will be included in the 2009 edition of the “Guide to America’s Top Family Doctors,” a publication available via e-book to consumers and corporate human resource departments.
Dr. Taddonio was selected based on a point value system that awards points for education, years in practice, and affiliations with professional associations. He is a fellow of The American Board of Family Practice, both a fellow and a distinguished master of The American College of Geriatric Specialists, a diplomate of The American Board of Geriatrics, and both a diplomate and a distinguished master of The American College of Ethical Physicians.
He is in practice at Berks Family Care, Douglassville, as well as provides care to residents of Villa of Morlatton. He has been a member of PMMC’s active medical staff since 1991. He received his B.S in Biology from Saint Joseph’s University, his M.S. in Biological Sciences from Drexel University and his Doctor of Medicine from Thomas Jefferson Medical College. He completed his residency in the Department of Family Practice at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
