Our Statement of the Patients Rights was adapted from the Hospital and Health System Association of Pennsylvania’s “A Statement of the Patient’s Rights and Responsibilities” and is endorsed by the administration and staff of PMMC. In the event that you are unable to exercise these rights on your own behalf, these rights are then applicable to your designated/legal representatives. Your rights to privacy are provided under our Notice of Privacy Practices.
